You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for any dispute arising from or related to the Service.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tooligan regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and Tooligan on the subject.
