No. The entire tool runs in your browser. Your business details and draft invoices are saved only to your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data clears everything.
What should every professional invoice include?
Your business name and contact info, the client's name and billing address, a unique invoice number, issue and due dates, itemized line items with quantities and unit prices, applicable tax, the total, and payment instructions. This tool includes all of them by default.
Can I add tax per line item?
Yes. Each line has its own tax percentage, so mixed tax rates (e.g., services at one rate, goods at another) are handled correctly on a single invoice.
Which currency codes are supported?
USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, CHF, INR, BRL, MXN, SGD, SEK. The currency symbol on the PDF matches the selected code.
Can I reuse details across invoices, receipts, and quotes?
Yes — all three tools share the same document engine. Business details, logos, and line items are saved per-tool in your browser so you can flip a quote into an invoice or generate a matching receipt.
